In the unlikely event that your Creative Tunings product needs service work: Creative Tunings Inc. will repair or replace, at its discretion, defective workmanship or materials on all new Creative Tunings Inc. products directly or through the selling dealer, for three years from the date of purchase, at no cost to the original purchaser. Repair or replacement parts installed will then be warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty term.
Before sending in a product for repair, contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
Note: This warranty does not cover shipping costs, product appearance, or damages caused by accident, abuse, alteration, or misuse. A dated sales slip and Return Authorization Number (issued by technical support) must accompany a product being returned for warranty service.
