My god–the spider is great. Thanks for a terrific invention and application. I've used combos of full cap capos + banjo capos (higher up on 3 or 4 strings) to get alternative chordings/voicings, but the Spider is the best all-in-one (aside from the G7) for total barre. — Robert Hill

Creative Tunings Inc. will repair or replace, at its discretion, defective workmanship or materials on all new Creative Tunings products directly or through the selling dealer, for three years from the date of purchase, at no cost to the original purchaser. Repair or replacement parts installed will then be warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty term.
BEFORE sending in product for repair contact technical support at: spidercapo@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number.
Note: This warranty does not cover shipping costs, product appearance, or damages caused by accident, abuse, alteration, or misuse. A dated sales slip and Return Authorization Number (issued by technical support) must accompany a product being returned for warranty service.
